Elena Potter

Project Manager

Elena is a project manager with an extensive background in visual arts programming and production coordination. At RallyRally she manages the team’s workflow to keep projects running smoothly, and has worked on projects with Cycle Toronto, the Centre for Social Innovation, and Transit Windsor. She brings to each project a passion for process and facilitating great communication.

Before joining RallyRally, Elena worked at The STEPS Initiative, an organization at the intersection of public art and city-building, on a wide range of public space projects, including managing large-scale murals, facilitating community arts activities, and capacity-building for early-stage artists. She has deep expertise in the visual art field, including previous roles with CONTACT Photography Festival and Canadian Art Magazine.

Elena often spends her time tending flowers and herbs in her garden plot in High Park, or visiting pockets of nature in the city through Toronto’s ravine system. She is an outdoors enthusiast and loves swimming in the Great Lakes.
